As many of our products are custom-made and 3D printed to order, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Times
Most orders are made-to-order and require production time before dispatch.
Estimated processing times are typically:
- 3–5 working days for standard items
- Longer during busy periods, holidays, or for personalised/custom orders
Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume and product complexity.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Any relevant photos
- Details of the issue
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue where applicable.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges depending on their country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
