Once production has started on made-to-order or personalised items, cancellation requests may not be possible.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and ownership passes to you once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier.
